Certified Applicator Program and Directory
Certified Applicator Program
OPCIA’s Certified Applicator Program identifies the most qualified pipeline coating contractors in the industry — so operators know exactly who to trust with their critical infrastructure.
What Certification Means
An OPCIA Certified Applicator has demonstrated compliance with a rigorous set of qualifications including AMPP-certified supervisors on all pipeline coating projects, an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, current environmental compliance documentation, demonstrated experience with plural-component spray equipment and pipeline-specific application techniques, and successful completion of an OPCIA quality audit.
